    Questions about the teardown

    What does the free teardown include?

    Three things and a ranking. A written review of your current site and the pain points a customer hits, a look at where you sit in search including terms competitors rank for and you do not, and a sample redesign of your homepage built from your own business. The findings are ordered by what is most likely costing you enquiries today.

    Does it cost anything or commit me to anything?

    No. It is free and you keep everything in it whether or not you hire me. There is no newsletter, and your details are only used to send the teardown. If you read it and do nothing, that is a perfectly normal outcome and you will not be chased about it.

    Do I have to get on a call?

    No. It all arrives by email, so you can read it when it suits you rather than sitting through a presentation of it. If you want to talk afterwards, you reply and we talk. If you do not reply, nothing further happens.

    What do you need from me to start?

    Your name, an email address and your website address. Three optional questions ask what kind of business it is, what eats the most time each week and any rough budget. They are optional, but the first one in particular makes the review far more specific to your situation than a generic checklist would be.

    What happens to my details afterwards?

    They are used to send you the teardown and nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list and your details are not sold or passed on. If you would rather they were deleted once the review has been sent, reply and say so and they will be.
