This website. The content here is provided for information. It is written carefully but it is general advice, not advice tailored to your business until we have spoken.

The free teardown. Requesting a teardown places no obligation on either side. It is an opinion about your website, offered in good faith, with no guarantee of any particular commercial outcome from acting on it.

Quotes and projects. Any price given is fixed for the scope described in the quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Ownership. On final payment, the website and any accounts created for the project are yours. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
